ETSA Utilities' Network Tariffs incorporating pass throughs are determined in accordance with Part B of the South Australian 2005-2010 Electricity Distribution Price Determination (EDPD) as varied 9 June 2005.
Pursuant to clause 3.4.1 and 3.7.1 of Part B of the EDPD, the Essential Services Commission of South Australia has approved ETSA Utilities' Network Tariffs and pass throughs.
Demand for electricity for the purpose of applying Network Tariffs is determined in accordance with Schedule 2 of Part B of the EDPD.
