Faulty street lights can easily be repaired by ETSA Utilities, but we need your help spotting them. If you have noticed a faulty street light, you can assist us by completing the Faulty street light online form below, or by calling us on either 13 13 66 or 1800 676 043.

We endeavour to repair street lights that are our responsibility (some lights are maintained by councils or the transport department) within five working days for metropolitan areas and 10 working days for country areas. Where the light is our responsibility and you are the first person to report it being out, if we do not meet these timeframes, you may be eligible for payment. In addition, the payment will be recurring for each time the target is not achieved.*
