Connections

Whether you’re building a new home, moving in or out of a house, or demolishing an old home, you will need to connect or disconnect your electricity supply.

To connect or disconnect your electricity supply when you’re moving house, you should contact your retailer, who will guide you through the process.

However, if you’d like more information about connecting the power when you’re building a new home, disconnecting the power when you’re demolishing a house, or altering your electricity connection, then read on.

We recommend you read the Connection and Supply Agreement ETSA Utilities has with all its customers, as well as the Service & Installation Rules.

If you have a question about your electricity bill, please contact your retailer.
