Sign up to REX

Welcome to the sign-up area for REX. This will give you access to REX and will allow you to create requests for new supplies, alterations, and to book and track appointments with ETSA Utilities.

1. You will need a current version of Adobe Reader to submit this form online - it is free and only takes a few minutes to download. Download Adobe Reader.
2. Please read our Terms and Conditions as you will need to agree to them before we activate your account.
3. Download the REX Sign-up Form. Please complete all mandatory sections and press the submit button - this will then be emailed to us directly.
4. Once we have confirmed your details we will email you a user name, password and URL link.
5. Follow the link provided and log-on to REX with the username and password supplied. You will now need to confirm that you agree to the Terms and Conditions and change your password.
