Request for Network Access

Completing a Request for Network Access (RNA) form will request that ETSA Utilities turns off the power at your specific site or location, on a date and at a time that has been agreed to by all parties. Please allow 28 working days from the day of submitting your request to us.

Prior to completing the RNA form you will need to ensure you have all the correct information required. For information and resources that will help you complete the form, please see Request for Network Access resources.

Remember: it is your responsibility, not that of ETSA Utilities, to determine what you need to ensure your own safety, the safety of those employed and/or contracted to you, and the safety of the general public.

You will need to read and agree to the Request for Network Access Terms and Conditions before completing the form. If you have read these, and wish to proceed with your application, please select the appropriate type of isolation below:

I require a low voltage isolation (Adelaide metropolitan area)

 Low voltage isolation (Adelaide metropolitan area)

I require a low voltage isolation (Regional SA)

 Low voltage isolation (Regional SA)

I require a high voltage isolation

 High voltage isolation

I require overhead lines isolated

 Overhead lines isolation

Electrical contractors may wish to go directly to the REX system.
