Reasonableness tests

ETSA Utilities performs reasonableness tests in accordance with Section 3 of the ESCOSA Guideline 12. These tests establish whether or not a Demand Management solution to the constraint is likely to be economically or technically feasible. If a constraint passes the test then a Request For Proposal is issued for public comment.

Further information on this process and on network constraints and the network planning process used to identify them can be found on the Annual Network Plans page.
