From day one, you will have a real job with real responsibilities and real opportunities to apply your degree. Your department will manage your technical on the job training to ensure you have the skills you need to perform your job. We're committed to ensuring you are set up to succeed.
While offering permanent employment, our Graduate Development Program (3 years for engineers & 2 years for other disciplines) provides graduates with a solid business awareness at central and regional locations and gives an opportunity to undertake a variety of work.
During the program, graduates broaden their experience and understanding of the business through rotations across diverse departments and various local and regional sites. Graduates are given challenging and practical work supported by experienced mentors and coaches.
ETSA Utilities is focussed on providing graduates with skills and hands-on experience to foster technical experts and future business leaders. All graduates are given the opportunity to participate in courses and workshops that focus on developing knowledge, skills and leadership while giving you an insight into our culture, structure & systems.
The ETSA Utilities Mentoring Program is a formal mentoring program designed to support the career activities of graduates. The mentoring program provides additional career and workplace support for the duration of the program.
At ETSA Utilities we believe in providing an environment of work/life balance. Employees have access to flexible working hours and leave provisions which ensure the balance between work and your personal life.
The opportunity to further develop skills and expertise does not end with the completion of our graduate program. ETSA Utilities is committed to providing graduates with the opportunity to acquire the skills and knowledge they need to undertake current and future roles. Employees have access to the Studies Assistance Program to assist in reaching their goals.
At ETSA Utilities, graduates enjoy competitive remuneration & benefits and are eligible to participate in corporate and individual performance based incentive programs.
