Our structure

ETSA Utilities operates under the principles and structures inherent in the Strategic Asset Management model, which delineates the purposes, management focus and financial and operating relationships between:

• The Asset Owner (responsible for setting desired organisational and network outcomes);
• The Asset Manager (responsible for defining asset work programs to achieve these outcomes); and
• The Asset Service providers (responsible for doing the work set out in the programs).

The roles of our organisational departments under this model are:

• Asset Owner - Office of the Chief Executive, Regulation department, Finance department.
• Asset Manager - Demand and Network Management department.
• Asset Service providers - Field Services department, Services department and Construction & Maintenance Services department.
• Shared support services - Corporate Services department.
